PowerView® Solar Charger

With the Solar Charger, you can say goodbye to manually recharging motorized shade batteries.

The charger, which is compatible with the rechargeable battery wand and the internal rechargeable battery, has a uniquely efficient design. Because of this design, the charger works extremely well even in low- light, north-facing windows—meaning the majority of rechargeable PowerView® or SoftTouch® shades connected to a Solar Charger won’t require manual recharging. The Solar Charger is a great solution if you have multiple rechargeable shades, hard-to-reach rechargeable shades and non-primary residences with rechargeable shades.

The Solar Charger works extremely well in windows that don't receive a lot of sunlight.

You can purchase the Solar Charger with a new shade order or as a retrofit for existing PowerView or SoftTouch shades. It’s available in black or white in a slim, discreet design, with color-matched charging cables and jamb bracket mount.
